CPIA - Certified Property Investment Analyst

The CPIA qualification looks at the analysis of capital growth, cash flows, and tax implications for investments in property and the mechanisms for projected after-tax cost and rate of return on property assets. The program looks at some of the most profitable geographical areas and property types for and compares the mechanisms for investment, both from an individual basis, and institutionally through the creation of property funds.There is some discussion and analsis on capital gains tax issues, expatriate property investment tax, property investment trusts and other property owning options, and the latest on Property Investment Trusts (PIFs). The program is designed for property investors, wealth management advisors and fund managers.
